Hiring Full-time Matchmakers!

BeyondChai is looking for professionals who are not afraid of taking on the challenge of the marriage crisis facing the Muslim community.

As a matchmaker, you will spend time understanding your clients’ needs and matching them based on relationship aspirations and compatibility. As a trusted advisor, you will have honest conversations with your clients, helping them navigate through the marriage process, setting expectations & reality checks, serving as a sounding board, and finding pathways to help clients be successful.

Success at BeyondChai is not just about delivering matches; it’s also about helping clients navigate a process that is often daunting, overwhelming, and exhausting. It requires you to befriend your clients and to be seen as a trusted advisor and an attache.

As a matchmaker, you will employ positive psychology to identify and build on clients’ core strengths, helping them be more hopeful throughout the matching process. You will also nurture positive emotions that broaden your clients’ thinking and enable them to connect more closely with their prospects.

As a matchmaker, you will approach each client with a positive, upbeat outlook and help them see the big picture rather than focusing on small annoyances & differences as they consider prospects.
